I hired Ellish Builders as a General Contractor to renovate a recently purchased home in Delray Beach. Job scope included gutting Master Bedroom and Master Bath as well as total redo of two additional baths, replacing all doors with full height doors, replaced all sliders with modern hurricane proof sliders. They provided a detailed estimated by all phases and trades and were flexible with changes. We are thrilled with the new contemporary home that Ellish Builders helped design and build for us, which we moved into in late 2023. From advising us on how to best position our home on the lot to take advantage of its location, to selection of finishes which not only befit our style but which will stand the test of time, the team at Ellish was always there for us. They worked seamlessly with their subcontractors to build our home, and scheduled our visits from out of town so that we could keep the project moving efficiently. To do so in normal times might have been expected, but to get everything done efficiently during Covid was remarkable. The whole team was very accessible throughout the project, from project coordinator to supervisor to management. Most impressively, when all did not go according to plan, the Ellish team was very reasonable in discussing alternatives and how to move forward. We would single out those on the team whom we worked most closely with, but that would do a disservice to all at Ellish who helped us.
